The basic check of your company

The basic company check includes the following points:

There will take place extensive counselling of the building contractor by a Sentinel-Haus specialist planner in the company (duration: approx. 4 hours). For this, the participants will deal with a checklist, based on which, after the visit, the company will receive a company evaluation on healthy housing criteria, which will also be interpreted by our expert.

Optional: 1 indoor air check in a project with respect to solvents (TVOC, tenax) and aldehydes (DNPH). We will send the detailed requirements for the sampling to the company in time before the actual test. The costs for the indoor air check are €729.00 (TVOC and aldehydes incl. sampling).

The test results will be available in form of a short report, which explains the results with respect to the demands of the building contractor.

We will also provide a rough estimation of additional costs that can arise for the company due to extensive integration of healthy housing aspects depending on the construction project. These will also be provided to the company with the help of the report.

The costs for the Quickcheck without the indoor air check are €1,250.00.


Procedure of the Quickcheck

After dispatching the order, you will receive a checklist.

Ideal for us would be the existence of an unfinished building under construction (air-tight and insulated building envelope with fitted windows and doors) without furniture.

Checklist and structure description should be revised before the specialist planner's visit. When taking the indoor air measurements, the preconditions according to the VDI (i.e. Association of German Engineers) are enclosed in the checklist.

Succession:

    • Welcoming and presentation of Sentinel-Haus® Concept (45min.); to this you are welcome to invite further co-workers and external people interested in the matter.
    • Discussion of the regulating model specifications (45min.)
    • Inspection of the company premises (20min.)
    • Quickcheck (45min.)
    • Agreement of objectives and further proceedings (30min.)
    • Indoor air measurements

    The indoor air check can take place concurrently.

    The analysis of the measurement and first commentary will take approx. 3 weeks.

    The final report including the measurement report and the results of the analysis will be sent to you in a robust hardback form.

    Naturally, all the collected information and results are liable to confidentiality.
