• Support for quality assurance at the building site

• Planning instructions for healthy housing buildings, guidelines for the site manager
• Counselling within the company by experts from Sentinel-Haus Institut (in addition to certain funding by your company)
• Intensive course of action in research by Sentinel-Haus Institut with respect to the model specifications
  

Furthermore included are:

• Support with respect to press-related issues by Sentinel-Haus Institut for regional and national press
• Creation of a press distribution list (also for future use)
• Preparation of two press releases
• Preparation of the certification of the building (the costs for the indoor air analysis are not included and are offered separately)
• Provision of the participants' documents in PDF format for the included course of instruction
• 2 advertising posters "Here we build according to healthy housing standards" (German: "Hier wird wohngesund gebaut") for the construction site
• Information sign for the tradesmen "Behaviour on a healthy housing building site"
• Seminar "Sentinel-Haus Concept", all together 3 days for one participant worth €930
• 50% credit for the Sentinel-Haus partner programme for "SHC Premium Partners" during the first year worth €600

The costs consist of a one-time sum of €14,500 (with an order after 15th January 2010)

We recommend refinancing via the course of instruction for tradesmen by means of a financial shareholding by the participating trades.
