Sentinel-Haus Insitut collaborates nationally and internationally with partners from science, economy, and politics.

International networking makes sense due to a number of reasons:

• The problems of the consumers and users of living and working spaces are the same all over Europe.

• Many people from the building industry have not found an adequate answer to the enormous need for action concerning indoor air hygiene yet. Solutions coming from one institution with technical quality and competence should work all over Europe.

• Many of our partners operate in many European countries and want to become active with respect to said topic in every one of them.

• Standard values and recommendations of the public authorities with respect to indoor air quality have to be checked regarding a harmonisation within the EU.

• The research and development of healthy housing works across borders. In this respect, our network is already very effective.

Since we are a young enterprise, we can realise international networking processes only step by step. Therefore, we will focus on the following countries in 2009 and 2010:
