Sentinel-Haus® Institut bases their definition of health on the one of the WHO (more at health). With respect to the evaluation of the quality of healthy interior spaces, SHI has decided in favour of scientifically recognised criteria of measurement like the concepts of evaluation of the German Federal Environment Agency, the Eco-Institute or the Association of Ecological Research Institutes (AGÖF) all have on their agenda.

If investors wish for it, there can also be taken into account complementary scientific approaches like radiesthesia; however, they do not have an impact on our criteria.
