Legal aspects of healthy constructing
The quality of indoor air, which is influenced by building materials and their processing, is not an unlegislated area, since administrative institutions provide a legal framework also in this field.
The contents of these pages try to reflect the regulatory framework and its position within legal practice in the Federal Republic of Germany and are therefore of less importance to our international partners.
If you are aware of further relevant judgments, laws or regulations on the subject (perhaps even international or European ones), we would be happy to receive your information.
You are cordially invited to exchange your thoughts and ideas in the German-speaking Xing group "Gesundes Bauen und Wohnen" (Engl. "Healthy constructing and living") in the recently created forum "Rechtsaspekte des gesunden Bauens" (Engl. "Legal aspects of healthy constructing").
Due to reasons of minor relevance in an international context, we ask for your understanding that the following pages remain untranslated and apologise for any inconveniences this might cause. Thank you.
