What we require from our partners:

• Courses of instruction for tradesmen and construction managers are obligatory

• You are only permitted to use products approved by SHI

• There is required to be a test to measure airtightness as a standard procedure, with a value <1.0

• The building site has to settle for 4 weeks after completion until the final measurement

• The general contractor – or the respective contractor in each individual case – takes responsibility that the product lists for tradesmen are available to Sentinel-Haus Institut on time, i.e. at least 4 weeks before usage by the respective trade on the building site, and that it is complete.
