The executing companies defray the costs of Sentinel-Haus Concept. For the homeowner/ investor only small additional expenditure arises in the case of the Basic Protection, provided that the building contractor possesses the required quality. A prefabricated house under €100,000 can hardly be built with high-quality and low-emission building materials.

According to our experiences from finished projects one has to count with an increase of the construction sum of 1–5% for the Basic Protection and of 7–10% for the Premium Protection.
