1. Your goals and quality criteria

Together we determine the health-related requirements of your individual living space. This defines the fitting concept, either:

• Sentinel-Haus Basic Protection for people who are healthy and want to stay healthy, or:
• Sentinel-Haus Premium Protection for demanding residents with special sensitivity.

2. The way to healthy living space

• You have a planner and/ or contractor? Together with the company of your choice, we work on the procedure and the necessary adjustments in planning and realisation.
• You are looking for a planner and/ or contractor? Together we find a planner/ contractor who can live up to your demands.

3. Duration and investment

We calculate the time and the financial efforts for the conception and creation of your new healthy housing living space after adjusting the quality criteria (the max. concentration of pollutants is regulated by contract) with you, the planner and the building contractor.

4. Project monitoring

The Sentinel-Haus Institut experts accompany and monitor the planning and realisation of your project and support the achievement of the defined health-related quality.

5. The final check and the delivery of your living space according to Sentinel-Haus Concept

After completion of the project we schedule the final quality check by a certified institute and the comparison with the stipulated quality criteria.
